TASTING NOTES: Rich dark fruit such as black currant, blackberry and ripe plum delights the nose and palate. Silky smooth, with a long finish of moderate tannins, coupled with just a hint of chocolate. A touch of mountain forest also combines with both the aromatics and the flavors.
FOOD PAIRING: Like most Napa Valley Cabernets, this wine pairs exceptionally well with grilled steaks and chop as well as anything chocolate.
