Our Russian River Chardonnay is a Burgundian style wine with minimal new oak exposure allowing the true varietal flavors to shine. Well balanced and delicious.
TASTING NOTE: There’s beautiful balance to this wine. Pretty aromas of citrus blossom and ripe stone fruit spring from the glass. Flavors of lemon, Bosc pear, and minerality are complemented by crisp acidity and a lingering finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Keep this chardonnay the star of the evening by pairing it with a simple salad with nuts or a cauliflower cream sauce over pasta.
