2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, Mt. Veeder Estate

TASTING NOTES:  Dark ripe fruit flavors of blackberry, and blueberry with bold, yet integrated tannins. A hint of the mountain forest and toasted rich oak also combine these aromatics and flavors to create this massively rich Cabernet wine.

 

FOOD PAIRING:  Try the Mt Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon with a medium-rare porterhouse steak pan seared in duck fat for a symphony of incredible flavor.
