2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Mt. Veeder Estate

TASTING NOTES:  Beautiful ripe black fruit flavors with boldly integrated tannins and a hint of smoky cedar.  The wine spent 38 months in Hungarian and French oak barrels to create this masterfully composed Napa Valley Cabernet.

 

FOOD PAIRING:  One classic deserves another, pair our Estate Cabernet with a medium-rare Porterhouse Steak pan sauteed with duck fat for a symphony of incredible flavor.
