Fermented in 90% Stainless Steel and 10% new French oak, our 2016 French Colombard expresses bright fruit flavors and refreshing acidity. French Colombard is a white French grape variety that is the offspring of Gouasi blanc and Chenin Blanc. In France, French Colombard is among the permitted white grape varieties in Bordeaux.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of white nectarine and subtle citrus come together in this refreshing wine. The palate is round and luscious notes of grapefruit and tangerine. The wine finishes with satisfying acidity.
