TASTING NOTES: Densely rich and concentrated on the palate, this full-bodied wine is an intense tangle of dark chocolate and ripe boysenberry. Earthy, it flaunts graphite and toasted oak elements with a streak of fresh acidity on the finish. This wine will be best enjoyed now through 2029.
FOOD PAIRING: This wine is an excellent match for rosemary-pepper beef rib roast with porcini jus, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, or a hanger steak with Pommes Frites.
