TASTING NOTES: Despite unpredictable weather, the 2019 vintage was a perfect "storm" of growing conditions in the Napa Valley. Our 2019 Napa Cabernet is true to vintage, showcasing stellar fruit concentration, ample acidity, and depth. Upfront aromatics offer suggestions of boysenberry jam, elderberry, plum, anise seed, and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is smooth despite the firm tannins, and the finish is extended and laden with cocoa, black pepper, and leather. This is sure to improve with age; best now through 2029.
