Limited production of Zinfandel from the Wyldvin Vineyard, (previously Louvau Vineyard) in the Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County.
TASTING NOTES: Mesmerizing aromas of blueberry pie, fresh garden herbs, and almonds lead to a focused palate with flavors of huckleberry, blackberry jam, cassis, and baking spices. The finish is rich and round, with lingering tannins and notes of black currant, 5-spice, violets, and cocoa powder.
FOOD PAIRING: This balanced, spicy Zinfandel makes a beautiful pairing with baby back ribs on the grill, Korean BBQ, or even chili.
