Secondary notes of vanilla and blackberry pie, round out this full-bodied mountain Cabernet
Sauvignon. This wine will be best enjoyed now through 2035.

FOOD PAIRING: We recommend this bold, robust Cabernet with the traditional choice of steak, burgers, or slow-braised beef dishes. Anything with a bit of spice or charring will complement the rich fruit flavors and tannins. Full-flavored mushrooms or foraged wild mushrooms, have an intense umami flavor that marries well with the intensity of this wine.
