Limited production of Zinfandel from the Mae Vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County.
TASTING NOTE: Sleek and refined, our Mae Vineyard Zinfandel is an intense powerhouse of juicy plum, blackberry, and coconut cream notes, with secondary notes of ginger and cinnamon spice. On the palate, brambly flavors of boysenberries and cherries develop into a lush and silky finish laced with white pepper, sage, and marshmallow.
FOOD PAIRING: The vibrant acidity and excellent structure of this Zinfandel make it a superb match for barbeque, Italian sausage and slow-cooked dishes like osso buco. Enjoy with aged cheddars or gorgonzola, or serve with brick oven pizza.
