Atlas Peak has a long history in the Napa Valley with vineyard plantings dating back to 1870. Located east of Rutherford and Yountville, this AVA sits at 2063’ elevation. Low rainfall and porous volcanic soils make Atlas Peak a distinct and unique growing region.
TASTING NOTES
The Atlas Peak Cabernet is showy and ripe. The glass fills with aromas of dark black cherry, black currant, blueberry with notes of herbs and green pepper. On the palate, rich flavors of dark cherry and blueberry mingle with layers of cocoa, coffee, white pepper and black olive. Drink 2025 thorugh 2040.
