2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Wyldvin Vineyard

2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Wyldvin Vineyard

Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County
TASTING NOTES: Fruity, juicy, smooth - this bold and rich Cabernet opens with baked cherries, tobacco leaf, Jamon Iberico, and wet stone. The tannins are prominent and are complemented by suggestions of coriander, berry preserves, chocolate cake, caramel, and fresh clove. Drink now until 2029. Decant or cellar to fully reveal this wine's complex nature.

FOOD PAIRING: Traditional pairings like a burger with grilled mushrooms and melted cheese, beef stew or pot roast make a wonderful match. The hint of smoked ham on the palate would pair deliciously with Jamon Reserva & dried fruits.
