TASTING NOTES: This very special wine showcases lively aromatics of strawberries and cream, freshly baked brioche, tea leaves, and roses. The mouth-feel is delicate, with a finish that features suggestions of limestone, vanilla wafer, and ruby red grapefruit.
FOOD PAIRING: Rosé is a splendid choice year-round, from picnics to holiday pairings. Try serving with grilled garden veggies or brick oven pizza. In the winter months, enjoy with roasted poultry like turkey or duck. This wine is remarkably versatile with food, but also the go-to choice for a glass in the sunshine.
