2022 Pinot Gris, Nelson Ranch Vineyard

We love Pinot Gris from Mendocino because of the spirited aromatics that are characteristic of grapes grown in that appellation.

TASTING NOTES: This wine opens with aromatics of stone fruit, honey, melon, orange peel and floral notes. On the palate, flavors of white peach, almonds, and nougat dissolve into a dry, yet fruity finish laced with fresh citrus.

FOOD PAIRING: This medium-bodied, complex varietal is delicious when served with grilled seafood and fresh vegetables. Simple meals, like fruit salads and smoked fish, are also a great accompaniment.
