2022 Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma Coast

2022 Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma Coast

Sonoma County
From the Sonoma Coast Appellation of Sonoma County, this sauvignon blanc was fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and new French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Bright, flinty and crisp, this nose leads with notes of fresh grapefruit, honey, and aromatic lemongrass. With a balanced palate that expresses flavors of grapfruit, key lime and brine, this complex wine has a lengthy, lush and fruity finish.

FOOD PAIRING:  This wine is a great match for a variety of food pairings like chèvre, oysters, and is beautifully matched with anything using fresh herbs like tarragon or mint. This refreshing sauvignon blanc is also delicious on its own as an apéritif à la maison (aperitif at home).
