2023 Albarino, Paradise Vineyard

TASTING NOTES

Our 2023 Albarino is sourced from a vineyard in Sonoma Coast AVA owned by Lisa Brayton and Al Correnti on which they focus on uncommon grape varietals.  This wine offers tempting aromas of white peach, grapefruit blossom, gooseberry and fresh citrus notes.   Flavors bright citrus, lemon verbena, and orange peel.  Round mouthfeel with long satisfying finish.              

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING

This wine is exceptionally food friendly.  We recommend enjoying this wine with dungeness crab cakes, pastas with creamy sauces or primavera style.  This wine will cetainly shine alongside fresh ceviche, oysters or soft creamy cheeses.
