TASTING NOTES

Elegant and refined, this vibrant wine features aromas of fresh pomegranate, raspberries, ambrosia salad and candies fruit.  Notes of wet stone minerality.  The palate is driven by sweet cranberry, fresh strawberry with hints of raspberry. This delightfully fruity and delicate wine, with a refreshing and bright finish, evokes the spirit of traditional Provence rosés.

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING

This wine is a great match for a variety of food pairings like chèvre, oysters, and is beautifully matched with any recipes featuring fresh herbs like tarragon or mint. This refreshing sauvignon blanc is also delicious on its own as an apéritif à la maison (aperitif at home).
