Blending Seminar

We'll welcome you with a glass of Blanc de Blancs. Then, we’ll dive into tasting our four blending components.  These wines have been aged in separate oak barrels.  Work like a winemaker and create a classic red Bordeaux style blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and merlot.  Blend, bottle, and hand cork a 750ml of your very own Perfect Blend.
