The 2022 Meadowcroft River Trace GSM—a Rhône-style blend of 66% Grenache, 21% Syrah, and 13% Mourvèdre—offers a richly layered expression of fruit and spice. Aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, toasty oak, allspice, fruit compote, and cherry cordial rise from the glass. On the palate, concentrated flavors of black cherry, fig, and Italian plum unfold with depth, accented by subtle hints of tobacco. A silky mouthfeel leads into a long, satisfying finish, supported by refined tannins and a graceful structure.

This expressive GSM pairs beautifully with dishes that highlight earthy flavors and bold seasoning. Try it with slow-braised lamb shanks with rosemary and garlic, wild mushroom and sausage pizza, or duck breast with cherry reduction.
